Hi Natasha! I'm always looking to connect with investors in the area. Let me know if I can be of any help and I will keep an ear out for upcoming events for you!

I am a teacher wanting to get into real-estate investing.
I am really motivated now for one as a teacher its getting worse every year and I spent 3 days in hospital and 6 weeks out of school because I was breaking a high school fight. Second I want to setup my daughter who has Autism so she can have some nest egg when I am gone. There are other reasons but those 2 are the main ones. I am ready for a different adventure.

What real estate groups are you in? Do you know anything about Life Styles Unlimited?

Hi Jeff, my husband was a teacher and left because of the school environment. It has gotten out of control! My son also has autism so my motivation to make sure that he and my daughter are all set when they grow up is really important to us. My husband is hosting an author event at NOTSUOH on July 13th. Since I'll be there, and we have the second floor to ourselves, I thought we could make it a Reading & Real Estate event. A real relaxed way of networking. We'd be there simply to just meet others in the business not for any type of lecture or anything like that. I'm always down for any event where I can get a hold of some business cards and make connections! Let me know if you might be interested in joining us!

Hello everyone!

My husband is hosting an event at NOTSUOH downtown on July 13th. He will be doing an unrelated author signing. I thought, however, since we've secured the second floor that I'd reach out to see if there were any other investors, agents, lenders, or even really anybody who would like to meet up for a really relaxed networking evening. The goal is just to meet others in the business and share business cards and information. No lectures or any sales pitches. Just get to know others in the business. Thoughts? Anybody?

Hi Ashley! I can recommend several lenders. One who recently has worked with a senior client of mine in purchasing a second home. Just shoot me a message and I'd be happy to share that information with you!

I'm looking to get in touch with any investors who'd be interested in providing private funds for gap funding or possibly be an equity partner for a deal in Austin, TX. I can send all information regarding the specifics (ARV, Rehab, Funds needed, etc.) If this sounds like something interesting to you! Please let me know!

Best comps are going to come from a realtor who has access to MLS.

(hi. that's me)

I'd be happy to run some comps for you!

I'm going to go with Winston on this one. Do a 1031 exchange. BUT I'd do your research with your lender first. Are you looking in the Houston or Austin area? I can pull up some properties for you so you can get an idea of what multis are out there. Let me know!
