Wow. Are you working at 16? Do you have a job? I guess now is as good a time as any to start. Have you considered working as an intern in the business somehow? What about working for a realtor or commercial real estate office. You'll learn a ton. Or, maybe you can find a local investor through a real estate club, who you can apprentice through.

As for the stock investing world, I'd recommend the same thing, except, I think a great start is working for a stock broker.

Good luck to you and all my best. :groovy:

The message was using irony.

France objected to the EU constitution. The US and the Dollar were strengthened by their move.

Both are extreme sports, aren't they Joe? I think you're one of the CPAs we've got here, and it would be great to see your feedback on many of the questions posed here. Keep us all informed of your projects, and Welcome!

Wow 2 months - pumpkins and corn mazes - that's spectacular. What does he do the rest of the year with his land (I'm assuming he also sells the corn).

Great point. I will keep this in mind from now on. Thanks!

Your point about finding renters biggerpo is interesting. I'm guessing this is a problem that many people have. It is so easy to underestimate costs when it comes to investing.

I think people need to have some set of cardinal rules before buying property for income purposes.

Frank - Guess that's what the name stood for - ALL CASH? lol. I guess you weren't kidding when you picked that one. I agree with you on using cash when you can, but I do think you must use leverage to build your portfolio.
