@Chris Mason lol It's crazy to see who's on it! Are Drs in the Bay area really not qualifying for homes or was that just some sarcasm? Gosh, I hope its sarcasm. 

@Joe Splitrock the most users of TikTok is young ones, but you'd be surprised how many boomers are there as well! I myself was shocked. I definitely on facebook and Instagram. Thank you for your advice! 

@Chris Mason, I'm right there with you! I didn't learn about it until a fellow land investor started using it and he's up to 10k follower in less than a month, and a handful has purchased his properties. I was just wondering is this a fluke or is there something there you know? So I've been digging deep looking into this. LOL

The TikTok demographic is pretty much tweens or baby boomers, but would those baby boomers on TikTok be intrested in purchasing real estate?  Since you would have to be pretty active in TikTok to get clout would it even be worth it? Has anyone tried it?  Should I try it? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you  BP family.

Hi @Dave Binder! I recommend getting county records for the property type you are interested in and bulk mail offer letters. I still get responses from people who received a letter from me back in 2009! 

Hello @Ian Poole, I'm a member! The start-up fee for the courses is a little steep but they run promos quite often and are always willing to help a person join! Their customer service is unbeatable, but my favorite thing is the member calls every week that Jill and Steve host, it's our time to pick their brains!
