Hi @Account Closed, I use a program called House Academy so we mail out an offer letter and when I go meet the seller for the first time I bring a copy just incase.  I hope that helps. :)

Hi @Nick Winikoff, the closest search I found to gutted properties was through DataTree, you can manipulate the data by searching rooms I have found a few gutted homes by looking up homes with 1 room or 0 living spaces. Their customer service team is also top notch if there is any tricks they will definitely tell you!

I recommend a program that has been around for a few years includes courses, coaching, funding and tools to help you.
