@Noah Scott Hi Noah! My biggest take away from property management is concessions are never the solution. Keep up to date with the tenant/landlords law. Lastly, never stray from what is right.  Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns you have along the way.

@Nick Seginowich Hi Nick! After you build rapport you can transition into asking questions about the property a great transition question is always asking for the address and go from there. You always want to go visit the property ASAP. I don't work with realtor's so I can't help you there. But anything else I'm here for you!
