@Eugene Sims I have! I actually work for LandAcademy and they were the ones who told me about the differences in the data sites and I had to test it my self of course. I felt like DataTree was super user friendly when I tried to pull data for houses so I tried it for land and boy was that a bust. TitlePro was hard for me to get the hang of cause I was trying to pull data for counties. Than I watched YouTube videos and it all clicked for me.

Hi @Amia Padero! Welcome to Bigger Pockets! I had the same questions my self when I was starting out. Definitely being a part of BP will connect you with local Agents and get you in the right steps.

Hi @Eugene Sims! For data on houses Data Tree is personally my favorite for bulk records. TitlePro  is great for detailed information on  a specific property. I recommend checking Landinvestors.com for more reviews! Let me know if I can further assist you.

Hi @Adam Wright! I haven't purchased from a hotel but I have purchased from furniture rental places and apartment communities who were renovating their model apartments. The model furniture was in better condition than the rental places. The apartments are pretty hard to find, because you want to get them before the renovations start but you can always reach out to the communities and ask. Let me know how your luck goes with hotel furniture!

Hi @Eric Piccione That is one way.  Wholesaling is pretty much buying at an under market rate and selling it for a profit. Meaning you can sell it with a finders fee or just mark up the property from 80k to 90k. I hope that helps
