The House Academy education package has been combined with the tools that we provide and named “Membership.”

We have created levels of membership: Green and Silver. Green is free. Silver is $275 per month, and includes everything in the right hand column HERE.

Silver membership provides the professional grade tools to help our members complete real estate investment transactions effectively and efficiently. They are designed to save you time and money (i.e. replace staff and software fees).

We do not provide the tools without the education and vice versa. We have found that our successful members have both. You need the education to learn how to use the tools, and you need the tools to enact the membership.

@Sadrud-Din Williams every one who has posted thus far has covered it. Some people are slow in taking action or has no intention on actually acting upon REI. It's a risk and some people just cant get them selves to do it or life gets in the way. The education programs I have stumbled on actually do work once applied.

@Andrew Major  Congratulations!  One thank you for sharing and two thank you for your service! I think pet fee your can up the deposit to $300 and the $25 pet rent is a good start.  Hope that helps!

Hi @Account Closed! I am so sorry it's taken us so long to reach out to you Via BP! I personally love House Academy the videos are very easy to follow and is modeled after Land Academy. With that being said you are able to buy and sell homes very quickly and the course is easy to manipulate to make your own. Please feel free to message me for more details.
