Hey Y'all. I'm sitting here at the Opryland Hotel with my agents, having a glass of wine and going over our notes from the conference. It was such an amazing experience and I'm full of ideas I want to execute on for my brokerage and with my agents. The highest priority goal is to hire some kind of productivity/accountability coach to help us build, execute and track consistently on our own Four Disciplines of Execution type goals so our agents can stay on track with their goals and we can grow our company.
So here are the questions: who do you know that does this kind of thing and is for hire? What types of questions should I ask this person to find out if they can actually do what I'm hoping for them to do. Should I look at only established contractors with a track record? Or also consider people with the right brain and personality type who can be our own in-house coach for this on staff? Is there an existing job title or description for what I'm looking for? Or even some search keywords?
Just for background, we are a small, boutique real estate brokerage with a high percentage of agent/investors and we work with a lot of investors in our market. Many of our agents are brand new, but have big goals and just need some accountability and structure to hit them.
Thanks for your help BP and holy smokes, what a fun event!!!
Post: Master Lease VS Triple Net Lease - Help me understand!

Hi There,
As a broker, I'm beginning to work with some buyers considering purchasing an office building. They have some questions regarding the difference between a master lease and a triple net lease and which is better for their situation.
I also need practice analyzing commercial deals. I have financials for this but don't completely understand how to think about them. To me, it looks like not a great deal but maybe I'm missing something.
How do you explain these different lease types? How do you consider commercial deals?
Thanks for your help!

Flipping a house has a TON of moving parts, but it's the kind of project that can have a BIG return (both financial and personal) if you do it right!
Before you jump in, there are a lot of things to consider: How much should you pay for a property? How can you finance it without the cash on hand? How do you decide what projects you should take on and how far you should take them? Should you do the work yourself or hire it out? What's a realistic timeline? How do you not go crazy while working on it?
Join Brick & Banister Real Estate Co. for a fun discussion at our recent project and learn all of the dirty details! We'll explain the whole process and share the real numbers so you can get an idea of how this works in real life (and not just on HGTV).
Lots of our agents have taken on investment properties themselves, and together we have answers to all of the questions you may have. This house isn't huge, so space is limited! Register now...all are welcome!

Looking at houses online is fun, but are you ready to jump in and buy your first one? If you’re anything like most first time homebuyers, you have more questions than answers. When is a good time to buy a house? Do you have to put 20% down? How do you know what you can afford? Do you really need a real estate agent? How much cash do you actually need to close? We’re going to explain all of that, and then some.
Join Brick & Banister Real Estate Co. as we walk you through the homebuying process so each decision you make along the way is an educated one. We work with first time homebuyers every day so we know what it takes to make sure things run smoothly!
All are welcome! Even if you’ve purchased a home before and had a less-than-stellar experience, you’re invited to learn about how things should go so your next purchase is a walk in the park
This is a FREE Event, Drinks and Appetizers provided. Please RSVP HERE: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/how-to-buy-your-first...
