do you get the payment deposited directly to your business account? and your bank doesn’t charge you anything? Truist is charging me 2% fees for the payments that I get through Zelle

Can I get recommendations on Landlord apps for rent collection, etc. My Bank is charging me 2% for payments sent to me through Zelle. That’s to much. I want to avoid that
