@Ayana Lugo, how are you trying?  What strategies are you employing?

@John Einhorn, @Ryan Kopczyk at SE Professional Title works with a lot of investors and is very familiar with wholesale closings.  

@Craig Moore, @Russell Brazil is correct, however, there are myriad advantages to getting your RE license as an investor, only one of which is saving on commissions.

Congratulations @Jacob James Caballero, congratulations on getting started at such a young age.

I would concur with @Polar Prutaseranee, @Michael Merritt and @Bryan Chavez, your age can be just as much of an asset.  You're entering into a service based business, and people are going to be far more concerned with your competence, market knowledge and confidence rather than your age.

You'd do well to read anything by Gary Vaynerchuck, Michael Maher, Bob Burg and Gary Keller (especially the Millionaire Real Estate Agent).
