Tucson is becoming more popular for flips and wholesaling.   Connect with the Tucson Wholesalers.  Investors from Phoenix have expanded there to market to owners who want to sell for cash.   I've met a number of wholesalers who are having good luck in acquiring properties in that market.

What area of the industry? Flipping, wholesaling, rentals?

If you are at the beginning I would consider joining some local groups like AZREIA. You could also connect with local Realtors to see what exactly they do and if that’s the path for you. Good Luck
