We are sorry to hear that. If you don't get it sold soon bump your post. We will sell out!
Hi Maria,
Do you still have a contact looking to buy a ticket? I, unfortunately, need to transfer mine. I will discount it.
Thanks,
Andrew

Hi,
Unfortunately, I am now unable to make it to the Bigger Pockets conference in San Diego due to a family conflict. I am bummed. I cannot get a refund, but I was told I can transfer the ticket to someone else. Anyone interested in buying my ticket at a discount?
Thanks for considering.

Thanks for the advice. Lot of unavailability for people that have been recommended. We got burned by a GC (more time wasted than money) and so I wanted to see if anyone in the Philly area had a good lead for me. I have had some positive conversations today!

Also, do you think it is better to not get a general contractor and try to find different people for different jobs (the problem being there are a lot of things to do).
Andrew you’ll have to vet whoever it is whether licensed trades specifically or GC. What you have to consider is whether or not you have the time, capacity, and desire to manage multiple contractors or manage the manager (the GC). Seeing as how you have two projects underway and an already delayed timeline, I would suggest opting to go the GC route consider time and money already lost. You may want to chat with @Richard O’Neill or Maybach Construction for projects here in Philly
Thanks, Leonard. I will.

Any recommendations for reliable contractors that will work in Philadelphia will be much appreciated. We were burned by one contractor already, and at this point, reliability is more important than price point.
The scope of the work is two houses in Port Richmond, rehab - kitchen, floors, and some less major issues.
Thanks so much for your replies!

@Andrew DiDomenico really fabulous looking! Do you have a cleaning crew for it? I wonder how long it takes to get it ready for the next guest.

WOW ! This place is very well furnished and everything looks top tier. Well done.
I suggest adding in the captions to the pictures. Its a small feature to help inquiring guests understand exactly what they are going to be walking into. Other than that this listing and property is stunning. Kudos
Thanks, Tom - fellow Philadelphian. I will do this.

My wife and I said the exact same thing. We may rethink that flood light altogether because it is also obnoxious in real life.
