@Matt M. It seems The Note Shop provides education and coaching. Is it actually Hard Money Mike that is processing the loan when you go that route?

Hello BP!

I'm in the Denver market project managing flips for a more experienced investor while building my resources to fuel my own rehabs. Ultimately I plan to flip many dwellings long term and as I begin to qualify for more, traditionally, I'll be incorporating the BRRRR method into the picture to acquire some rental assets. While the individuals I'm working with have some great lender relations I'm interested to hear who some of your favorite lenders are, whether specific to this market or good for long distance and why?

I always thought "Unlimited, LLC" would be funny.
