@Sezuo Daudu , NWI is a great place to invest in. So much I've begun in investing in Valpo. Need to find a location, run numbers, and start now... not 5 years from now. You got this!

@Patrick Fraire To each their own bias but I'm able to be objective as I also have bought and sold personal properties and do way more than look to transact. Good luck investing.

@Patrick Fraire Gotta put in the work. Google recent articles from Chicago Tribune, a UBS study, "AmazonHQ2-Considered", and density growth in the downtown that's only behind Seattle. As a REALTOR, who specializes in Chicago, home prices haven't appreciated in the last decade compared to NY, SF, LA, Miami, London, Hong Kong, etc... Chicago has many, if not all, the amenities that another major city can offer plus many areas to invest in.

@Steve Sun, Hello. Without going into great detail, If you're looking at midwest cities I'd recommend Kansas City, Milwaukee, Indianapolis & Fort Wayne. Chicago isn't a very landlord friendly city but it's probably the most undervalued major city in the world. Before investing make sure to do your due diligence. Hope this helps!
