@Jeff Neikrie Nice to virtually meet you.  I too will be getting married this year, :) and similar to you, I am a new(er) investor in the NYC Area.  Currently, I own three assets (2 townhouses and a condo) in the South Bronx.  I purchased here, as I (in another life) was a city planner working for the Bronx, and while in that position saw all the zoning changes that was going to allow for massive improvements/ appreciation to the area.
