Post: Looking for contractors in DFW!

Hello!

Not sure why it took me so long to look here but we need contractors!

I am wanting to create a pool of contractors for some upcoming flip's I have. Our last one was rough because we had a hard time finding dependable work. We invest all over the DFW and work fast. Looking for references in all trades.

Thank you,

Andrew Marsh

Hey, I'm a Firefighter in Texas. With our schedule its very common for us to have "side jobs". I'm an investor with some rental properties. This year I plan on getting my license for real estate inspection for additional income ( to buy more real estate) and for the additional education. I was hoping to see if we had other members who have experience doing something similar and maybe get some more perspective. I also more recently looked into loan origination. Seems less likely to be good on a part time basis but I would love some feed back.

Thank!

Iv have a similar question. I am a career firefighter and real estate investor. With my schedule I have a lot of opportunity to do other things part time. I am currently looking at real estate inspection or loan origination. I understand some saying "why would you" but my question is weather loan origination is worth being done on a part time basis to earn additional income?

Post: How to get seller to sign wholesale contract?

So I am trying to get some wholesale deals. I'v heard it said to not waste time trying to explain the wholesale process to the seller. That said has anyone had an issue getting a signed contract? Any suggestions in presentation?
