@Joseph A Gonzales. Thanks. That should get me started. I think Section 8 may be a good option for 2021 with a Democratic President taking office. He will want to build on some social programs.

I am considering starting to look at purchasing some SFR that have Section 8 tenants. I am curious about the pros and cons outside of the obvious issues that come with these types of properties i.e neighborhoods

If you have any experiences please share whether negative or positive.
