my wife and I are both on our current conventional mortgage. Would I have to restructure that loan so that it's in just her name to take advantage of an FHA to buy a duplex? Or can I simply "move into" the duplex as my new primary for the year?

Fantastic I love the hustle. I'm starting out holding a job and working on the business in between obligations as well. Ironically, my future numbers goal is the same as yours which naturally peaked my interest into how you did it. Congratulations on your success and I wish you much more

Ron thank you. This is exactly why I joined BP. Ha I wasn't seeking the plumbers advice, he was just telling me about his encounter and it just didn't make sense so I figured I'd break the ice on here by asking. Foreclosures do sound like a nightmare.

Recently I had a discussion with a plumbing contractor while at a remodel during which I expressed interest in foreclosures thinking it may be a bit easier dealing with a bank rather than an owner, but he tells me it's the opposite and banks make money when they don't sell. Any truth to this? Thanks in advance.
