@Elenis Camargo yes, JAX is on my radar. I have the same problem here in Boston, where properties are way overpriced and it's hard to find something good, so I've been looking to invest out of state. On the flip side RE in JAX is still cheap, the city is attracting new businesses plus the owner of Jaguars investing $500M into the city. Kinda speaks for itself :) I just need to do a little more research on city's neighborhood since I don't have anyone there. I would appreciate If you can share any insights.
