Hey BP People! Now at the moment I'm looking on starting and growing my portfolio with Airbnb and whether to do an apartment (with the okay of the owner obviously) or a house. The only problem with the house aspect is the fact of how to approach it. I have 10k ready to do my first home but the thing is, is I don't have all of the credentials of working a full time job for 2 years (which correct me if i'm wrong, the traditional loan way) and I'm stuck on what to do in my situation. My credit score is great but I'm just stuck on what I can do next. I've heard of lenders but I am not too keen on that aspect of financial help but I heard is a great asset. Any tips on it would be very beneficial, Thank you for your time!

Thank you Melissa! I currently have $10k under my belt and wondering if anything can be done with that amount, or what to do from my point on. Im not too keen on how the best way to go at my situation as to FHA loans and what not, but I will definitely be looking at that podcast! Thanks a lot!

Hello biggerpockets goers!
My name is Andy Perez and I’m a college student looking for an outlet of becoming something more of myself. I was introduced into bigger pockets, as well as real estate by my older brother, and I was astonished to what accomplishments people have made in this field, which made me want to engulf myself into alongside with all of you!
Im 22 year old college student studying to receive my bachelors of science and nursing, as well as I have 2 side businesses as a custom rug maker and as well as a mariachi musician.
My goal for this introduction message is to see if there’s any insight I can receive as for buying my first home, renting it (or Airbnb) with the small amount of money I have to my name. I’ve been familiar with some options but I also am not too sure how this all goes. Any help or insight would be much appreciated, thank you!
