As I was looking forward to see everyone again me and Robin are not going to be able to make it.  We will be signing on a 3 plex and I am a shriner and have a meeting about the lobster bowl that I need to attend. Definitely disappointed but its a must for me we do great things.

Thanks for setting this up it was great. It was my first meet up, so that was cool Robin and I had a blast wished we could have stay longer. Definitely a do again.

 Congratulations. I just went under contract for a 4 unit also. It is nice to see people still doing deal with everything going on.

@Jonathan Giglio now is the time. Everybody will tell you that is is the hardest time they have seen but this will make you a better investor. If you you only get one deal this year its one more closer then you was before. Be smart and active and watch your numbers. I'm right next door in Maine and we are always looking for the next deal and are finding them. Good luck to you.
