I would also be interested in joining for a zoom meeting. I realize that I might have missed the 1st one, with the holidays and things around I am a little late. We live in Auburn, started end of 2019 and have 9 doors in the areas of Rumford and Livermore Falls. Looking to expand and would love to get to know the real estate community.

@Russ B. I would say if you check them out on social media, contacted their previous landlords, spent your time looking into them before doing a credit check and the screening then you can charge. Because you spent a half-hour doing that job. If you just taking their money and throwing their application in the trash then that's not fair.

We are looking at a property in the state of Maine that is known for having lead paint. The price is really reasonable. I was told there is lead paint inside and out. Is there any restrictions with removal? Looking for recommendations on how to go about this. Single family home looking to BRRRR. What could be the cost of this fix, and is this a common problem? Thanks for any help on this matter.

Look in to getting the heat pump vs the hot water heater. They are giving a $750 rebate, and should save you money per month.
Just a suggestion.
