@Jay Faulkenberry SC passed a law a few years ago preventing us from getting the criteria investors use for marketing purposes. From what I understand we are no longer allowed to obtain the lists of addresses for cold calling to offer to purchase their homes. Do you have any info on where to obtain lists of homeowners by zip code? We are investors, not Realtors.

@Andrew R. Lucas Can you give me any names of private list brokers in SC? I'm in Greenville and can't find what I'm looking for. I've always used List Source.

How do I obtain property owner information in South Carolina for wholesaling? List source is not an available option here. I need to create call lists for cold calling. Is there a legal reason this information is not available?
