My husband has mentioned that as well, that’s a good idea, I am just concerned about being to intrusive..? But i suppose we can just go visit, she can always say no, right?

Thank you for sharing the other side of things, you make a good point. We did send a letter but haven’t heard anything back yet, so I do feel like it might be a lost cause. Do you have any advice for us in trying to find off market deals like this? It’s is run down and completely vacant. Thanks!
