Welcome to BiggerPockets!! Nice to meet you. I would say you have started. You are learning and building up your confidence. Listen to webinars and podcast. If you can, buy a book that you think might help you. I am trying to be better at estimating rehab cost, so i got J Scott's book. But there are others that might help.

When I listen to podcast, I listen with two sets of ears. One, to learn about strategies in real estate. The second, listen to the inspiration the person brings to the table. Good luck going forward.

If you have hosted a meetup or event, do you have some tips. My first question is where to hold one for low cost.

Any thoughts?
