Looks like we are all in the same boat.  Id love to do some networking.

I go on garbage day. No can usually means its vacant. Then unkept yard, boarded windows or doors,  car that hasnt moved in for ever.

Hey I'm a newbie from the Houston area. I am  currently a manager in the hospitality industry but, I'v ve always been interested in real estate. Now I'm finally taking the plunge. I'm doing tons of reading, watching on utube, and listing to podcast/ebooks.  My next step is to meet people. Id love to talk to some local investors and network.  Also would be great to meet someone who would be willing to mentor me and show me the ropes.

Hey  I cant help with being a partner as I'm just getting started and dont have much to offer. But if you have any question about the area Im full of advice. I grew up in the nicer part of that area. Also Id love to see how you work this deal.
