So I'm looking at buying the house on the left. My issue is going to be the neighbors partial driveway. From what we can tell. They use it to back a trailer up into their back yard. They have a main driveway on the other side. The yellow line is the unofficial property line. If I do purchase this house I would like to stop the neighbors from using my drive way. What is the best way to go about this?

@Lucky Tran I would also check with the city. I know in Houston you can get a credit back on the water bill for the leak, if you send in an invoice showing it was fixed.
