As to your question regarding out of state investing- I’m very green at this still and investing into CA is too expensive- or so I think. Pls, any direction or advice you have I’ll take to heart! Wouldn’t mind catching up a over a coffee and learning a few things .

Hello BP family!
My name is Anthony and I am BRAND NEW to Bigger Pockets, real estate and investing! I am 28 years old and bought my very first property about 35 miles East of San Francisco in Livermore CA. Since purchasing my home in Sep of last year, I have already gained some equity on my home and am eager to invest.
Due to me being a full time electrician, I think the market that best fits me is the buy and hold game. I am addicted to the podcast and now this webpage, and am excited to invest out of state and am very eager to get things going! I can’t wait to meet some educational people and learn from the best!
