Hey Ronnie Boyd, how much is the average fee you pay a Real Estate Agent for bringing you a cash buyer? I have no clue and would appreciate the info as I badly need a couple cash buyers right now. Thanks in advance.

I'm no L/O pro by any means but try googling "free Massachusetts lease option contracts". It should pull up something. I'm not saying to use it, but have someone review over it to ratify it and then proceed accordingly.

Lol yeah Im learning they kind of do Will. Shes REI/Wholesaler friendly but I looked up pass thru closing and thats nothing of the tactic you employ. Ill explain it further tomorrow and hopefully shes more cognizant of it.

Will Barnard My Realtor says thats a 'pass thru closing' and that most banks will not allow that, is she accurate on that assessment?

Will Barnard when I add my end buyer as a beneficiary, does that terminology go in the Purchase Sales Agreement or a seperate document?

Also, how and where would I go about getting a grant deed with notary?
