This should be at the core of every Wholesaler. Unfortunately, too many of them are driven by a quick profit, therefore are not willing to put in an honest dilligent search for a deal thats profitable for all parties involved.

I've yet to do my first deal because I'm doing due dilligence times 10 before I put my name and reputation on the line. I dont understand how a Wholesaler wouldnt want repeat business with the same buyers and an impeccable reputation when it comes to their deals.

I know when I submit a deal to someone, thats what it will be, a profit for everyone. Not just myself. This is a win-win business for everyone if you do it the right way.

Im a little confused Doug, I thought that by upgrading to 'premium' gives you dibs on houses 14 days in advance over the free members? But now you say you need to be on an email list to get 'first dibs'. Does it cost more money? If so, that will lead me to become dissatisfied with the website.

J Scott Whats going on man, great advice as usual. I'm curious, I am looking at my first house to Wholesale and the numbers look pretty good but theres always a chance your Investor could decline leaving you in a jam. To safeguard myself, what terminology must be included in the Pusrchase Sales Agreement in order to allow myself to back out of the house? Thanks in advance.
