Thank you @Aaron Nelson. I'm interested in a house hack. I would love to go to one of those meeting. Im still going through my 90 hour online class to get my real estate license. I have till end of the month to complete. Plus trying to get approved for my first FHA loan. So much I want to do and learn. It's really exciting time. Once that is done I want to start going to a local meeting. I wasn't aware of the one in Marysville, just the one in Bellevue. Thank you, I really appreciate the welcome and info.
