I have been listening to the podcast, watching webinars and reading articles for a few months now and finally decided to sign in to the BP app. I was hoping to try out the calculator for a 4 plex I’m interested in buying which would be my first ever attempt at investing in real estate. I know you only get a few tries at calculator until you go pro but I can’t even find it on here. I am very excited and looking forward to getting to know you all.
