Good afternoon BP.
I am looking to build a new construction MFH in the Broad and Erie neighborhood, on a lot that is already zoned RM1. Does anyone have recommendations on an architect and GCs? Also, I welcome any advice on this project as this will be my first new construction.

Thanks for the insight Troy! I have a lot close to Broad and Erie and looking to build a new construction MFH. Its already zoned RM1. Would you have any recommendations on an architect? I am very early in the process, seeking designs and exploring funding options. Additionally, I would sincerely welcome any other advice you are willing to share!

Hey BP fam!! I have approx. 20K in cash to invest and looking for suggestions on where to locate a good BRRRR property in the Philly area??? Also, what general price point should I be considering buying at?? I am looking into using a HML and have been currently searching on the MLS (through Zillow, Redfin, Realtor), Hubzu, and also reaching out to investor friendly agents this week! Any suggestions are sincerely appreciated.
