We own 11 2-4 unit properties, getting into bigger deals was the next step in growing our investment portfolio

US Bank commercial loan

How did you add value to the deal?

A well stabilized property....as tenants move we will add value by updating units

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I recommend US Bank, they are a good commercial lender
