I'm a new agent in Texas going through my first sale, I flip and build homes so got my license so I could represent myself on my side hustle transactions however my broker is not very helpful and I could use a buddy to ask random questions to from time to time. Anyone willing to help me?

My wife is currently SUPER pregnant, I have a scheduled open house for this Sunday but worried about leaving my wife alone as the house is over an hour away. Does anyone have any experience with hiring an agent to host the open house? How do I find these agents? What's the typical going rate?
