Good stuff....Our first flip has been completed 100% and now waiting for our agent to push the magic button so we can get it listed.....

We are extremely excited....The best part about this process, we have already received 3 offers before we even got it out to the community....

Greatness......can you tell we are a bit excited...?  ok, maybe I am... :)

Based on the cost, I just don't think the cost is worth it out of the box.

Hello All.  Have any of you used Rehab Valuator?  I am looking for a software that is going to help us as we move forward.  I am also using one sheet, but too many resources is not a bad thing.

Let me know asap please!

Thanks

We have personally used to home warranty company so I have to tell you it was a great investment. I am considering purchasing warranties as we move forward with the rehab business but I would tell you if you're considering home warranty I would strongly recommend finding the one that will definitely support your needs.
Nice job! My wife and I are doing something very similar. We went from 0 to 10000000 quickly. Went from having zero homes to now three homes in no time flat. I have a very aggressive goal for 2016 so we need to step it up :) and we will.

Good Evening All,

So I found a property that I really like but as you can imagine I am a bit nervous to go after it without knowing everything about it. Based on what I am ready as of now, I see the property was foreclosed based on HOA dues owed....How can I truly find out what I am getting into on this property before heading to the courthouse on the first of the month?

I need to know truly my financial hit on this property and I would LOVE TO KNOW the starting bid if all possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciate it.

As we continue to moved down the rehab world, my wife and I are having a discussion. Should we stage the house once we are done or not? Thoughts and Inuit would be great. And also, what is a good price to have a house staged as part of the open house? Thanks
