John, we hired a contractor.  We got lucky....We found a GREAT contractor.

He originally gave us a timeframe of 3.5 weeks to complete....I gave him 2.5 and he did it.. :)

Found this property via a wholesaler.  

We decided to use hard money so we could understand the process.  So far so good.  

On the mls for 1 day and already 4 potential offers.

nice job.  You are totally dead on.  Jump in and get started. We are also about 6 months into flipping and we now have 5 properties.  

Fun stuff. Doesn't even feel like a job.
