Good afternoon everyone. I need some advice regarding one of my properties. I will probably that I close on let's say about three months ago. One of the reasons why it took a while to close on this property was due to back liens on this property. As we all know the process should be to have all these liens cleared up as part of the clothes. The good thing is I was told all leave for clear. I was even actually shown to leave quickly. So from my end I thought everything was great. Until today. I was able to complete the rehab in three weeks. I had a Barbie fry the list to the property. So far so good. But now as the other title company is doing a research, they found that previous liens are still showing on the property. The question of the day. If I was told that always were cleared, and this was part of the process in order for me to purchase this property, do I have any legal recourse against the title company that should've accomplish this task correctly in the first place? I don't believe him goes to sell but as we all know there is still a possibility. What should I do?

But after you finish reading all the documentation there is to know about real estate investing, the one piece of advice that I would give you that I took myself was to jump in and get your feet wet.
