I want to start owning rental property next year but I don't know how to get started. Example, how are people owning more than one property at a time?
I know...basic....
I want to run my own comps without having to wait for my realtor. Any good programs out there that will run these reports for me quickly?
What does it mean when you look up a property on the appraisal site and it's says under property type: Mineral Interest?
Sorry. Tarrant County
I am in the process of buying another property but I want to check a couple of items in detail. Here can I see the actual tax rolls for a property purchased in Tarrabt County (Ft. Worth). Also, how can I find out if the property had a pool or not? Want to make sure it was not buried improperly.

I started out with family money/Hardmoney.
Great place to be and good time to start. Let me know if you need any leads or I am willing to share how we started from our end.

Well the good thins is that we are moving in the right direction. We are building our track record as we continue to move ahead....
Now to the next step.....How or where do you really get additional funding to build a GREAT portfolio. although using family has been fun (not!), I would prefer using the resources.....When you hear people have 20+ rental homes, how in the heck does this work and what is the best structure to make this happen.
Oh where oh were do I go?
We currently have two properties that we possibly want to keep versus selling. We initially obtain hard money to purchase these properties. What is the best way to now refinance the property and keep him as income property?
