looking to increased our business model by building our portfolio.   We have one loan currently under hard money but need to move over to a portfolio so to increase in size.   Any suggestions in Texas/dallas area?

I am looking for the right group to help us build our Networth but it's been tough. Where do you look for mortgage companies that understand what we are attempting to do today?  I have a property I am trying to refi and it's been a challenge. Help!

The good thing is our business is moving nicely. We have three properties so far for 2017.....yes!!!!!! Now, as we continue to grow, has anyone come up with creative ways to increase or capitalize on your Rehabs? Have you sold your services in certain neighborhoods as you are completing the rehab? Looking for ways to make extra money as we flip homes.

We actually just purchased our first profit off the site. So far so good and based the comps that I have personally rab on the property I purchased everything seems to be in line. We should be done with our rehab by the end of this week. And the best part, he Property appraised higher!!!!

understood.  But its funny when you drive thru certain areas and you see nothing but window units along with the "ARVs" in the 100s....

thanks for the feedback all....I think the best option will be to include AC on the house as we move ahead.
