Thanks for the response.   It's ok a piece of land.   The property itself is maybe an acre.  But my question relates to when it's time to sell the property.   Will it be harder to sell when times comes?

So our family found a pretty good property which in my opinion is at the right price to start out....but I have a couple concerns so I was hoping the group could guide us...

1.  The seller is not willing to turn electric on so we walk the property.  Is this normal?

2.  Seller is not wiling to give up its mineral rights on the property.  Could this cause problems as we flip this property?

Thank you all for your feedback.

I would also make sure the LLC is clean. No hidden gems if you know what I mean.
