HI Karen-

Thanks for you email. I am more open to not holding my investment in one place. This is why I'm leaning towards flips and rehabs so I can use that for multi unit or turnkey rental properties...

How much do rents for on a $40K property?

I am new and just trying to figure out the best strategy that will led me to both short and long term goals.

Thanks,

Armand

Hi Gordon-

Thank for you reply. I am new to BP and real estate investing. I realize that I can't afford anything in the bay area and haven't really looked out of state.

I am most interested in multi family units as a long term goal but for now I would like to learn or partner up with other investors for flips. Do you have any listings?

Thanks

Armand

Hello fellow investors,

I was just wondering if there were are any wholesaler, real estate investor-friendly agents, rehab experts or multifamily investors in the bay area that would like to meet up sometime for some coffee.

Armand.

Hello-

I am newbie looking for wholesale deals with some rehab work required for a flip under $40K with an ARV around $60K. I don't mind getting involved with other investors or groups.

Thanks,

Armand

Hi Claire-

My name is Armand and I reside in Bay Area. I am new to BP and real estate investing too.

This site offers a lot of information for both Novice and experienced investors. I feel overwhelmed and not sure where or how to get started. How is the market for flips in Bakersfield?

ST: start off doing a few flips maybe partner up with other investor or group.

LT: Use the $ from the flips to buy multi family units and live off the cash flow.

Thanks and best of luck!

Armand.

Hello-

What is the best way or method on getting into real estate investing for a person who has some $ to start? My long term goal would be to buy multi family units. What I believe makes sense is to flip a few homes to raise capital and use that $ for buy and hold property and grow my portfolio...

Is a hard money loan for flips recommended if personal funds are not enough?

I would be open to partnering with one or a group or people who have similar interest...

Bottom line: I know what I want to achieve but need guidance on how to get the ball rolling

Armand.

HI All-

I've been listening to podcast and gaining a lot of knowledge! I'm new to BP and love all the information and resources this site offers. My name is Armand and I reside in the bay area. I love all aspects of real estate investing and I am most interested in buy and hold, flips and MF units and small apartment. I'd like to meet a group of local investor's who have a similar interest and can share ideas.

Short Term goal: partner up with someone who is interested in doing flips and buy a 2-4 unit apartment.

Long Term goal: buy multi family units 50-100 and live off the income

I realize the bay area is difficult to achieve these goals and will be willing to look outside.

Regards,

Armand.
