AirbNb looks like a scary model right now with less travelers. Fix and Flip and Buy and Hold for regular long term tenants are probably a lot safer. Best of luck in all your endeavors.

We will fund 100% of your next Fix and Flip Project (After 1st JV deal)

We would like to work with SELECT existing Real estate professionals, Contractors, and Agents. You MUST have industry background to qualify.

We are looking for good experienced project managers to partner with :

  • Find Properties/Deals

@Ramiro Rodriguez We typically look for a target ROI or 30%. We would not co invest in anything less then 25% ROI projected return.

Congratulations on thinking and working towards a better future for yourself and your family. There are several ways to go about getting involved in real estate. Some need capital and some need hustle. 

Hustle 

Become a Bird Dog 

Become a Wholesaler 

Become a realtor 

Capital 

Become a fix and flipper 

Become a Buy and hold investor 

My advice. Start with the hustle., build capital and invest in a strategy.....also keep hustling to bring in more $$ to invest.

@John Rody. Reaching out to friends and family may be a good way to find private capital. Also networking at REI events for this deal and future deals. Also the marketplace forum may be a good place to place an ad.

There are many private investors on BP that would review your deal and work with you.
