Hello, I live in Port Saint Lucie Florida and  I have about 5 acres of land in Merriwether county Georgia.... 21 Allie Road.  I actually have never been there. Also I don't have too much knowledge on land , and what I should do with it. All I do know is that it has a lot of trees on there, and needs an easement do to other  owners having  property in front of it, as well as behind it. Any advice would be much appreciated ....thanks and good day.

Hello Braxton, it's possible you can tell one of the tenants that you'll pay first and last month's rent, possibly a security deposits well for them for  another place to live in. If they don't agree, you'll have to honor the lease, good luck.

Hello, I'm an  agent in the Western, Ma area. Specifically Springfield, Ma.  I want to get into wholesaling a great deal, but not sure how to begin. I've heard others say that the fact that I am an agent , I have an  upper hand in the wholesaling business opposed to others. Does anyone have any insight on how I should start ? Would it be wise to invest in a wholesaling program ,and if so , what would someone recommend as a a good  program in learning wholesaling ?
