Thank you for your response.I believe there are more cons than prons,do you?I am going to do my first steps as an investor,but i am thinking to get my license at first.It will help to figure out real estate word thoroughly,making connections,understand deals and transactions.

I wish I could have deeper pocket either.But i was told,that i can do only 5 deals per year on my name,why i was curious to learn.

What do you think being your own agent in your investment deals is advantage or not?are there any situations that your license will bother you making offers and closing deals?

And as an agent can you close unlimited deals ?Someone told me that as an agent you can do only couple of deals on your name yearly,because the brokerage doesn’t let you to do unlimited transactions!Is it true?
