@David M. Hi David.I guess it’s good split,good environment for investing,I know bigger brokerages may limit you on your own deals.I want to use my license only for my own deals and investment.

I am looking for investment friendly broker close to Middlesex county,Cherry Hill a little bit south from me,but if the broker good for investors i will interview them.Thank you for your help.

@Martin Vehlow Thank you.I mean if you are a real estate agent and want to do seller finance and Lease option deals, do the people will be encouraged to work with you as an investor or they will be hesitated because of your license?

Hi BiggerPockets team.I have just one question.If you are a real estate agent and want to do Subject to or lease option investments,does your license help to find motivated sellers or not?I mean homeowners and motivated sellers will start negotiating with real estate agent or they will be suspicious having a business with licensed agent?
