Garrett Pickering Hello Garrett, I am very familiar with UofA area. High value of student housing and new builders in area, have made it almost impossible to find a flip in short to middle distance. Blaming mainly on investors like us, every possible offers are over priced substantially. Builders are rapidly building new housing in the area. It is almost easier to do find a land to build on, than finding a flip project. I am available to share my experience with you if needed.
