That's awesome Michael! I am looking for someone knowledgeable about investing and investment properties (maybe even invests themselves).  Someone who will submit creative, lowball or mass offers. Someone flexible and has a quick turn around for responses (I'm pretty reasonable so I wouldn't be calling or expecting a response too late at night or in the evenings). I caneed send you a private message of more information as well.

I am new to investing/wholesaling and have challenged myself to a 90 day deadline for getting started and making things happen. With that being said I am trying to structure and build my Power Team of good, quality, and ethical team members to work with. I am having trouble finding a few prospective assets for my team one of which is an investor friendly real estate agent in the Minneapolis and surrounding cities area here in Minnesota. If ANYONE is or has another in mind that would be of good reference I would more than greatly appreciate it.

Hey @Dan Coleman, I am really trying to focus on areas I am familiar with right now so Crystal, Robbinsdale, New Hope, Brooklyn Park and Center areas. I did notice in doing some research that properties in Minneapolis and St. Paul seem to be more distressed and lower in price for possible investments and flips that may be a possibility soon.

My name is Ariana and I created a Bigger Pockets account roughly 1 year ago however, I did not know what to do with it so I really haven't done much of anything with it since creating it.  I am new to real estate and focusing on investing and wholesaling right now here in Minnesota.  Although I am new to real estate I have 10 years experience in sales.  I have put myself on a 90 day deadline to get my business up and running with good, quality and ethical members.  I am hoping to make many good connections here on BP and be of assistance to others when possible.  I have made a few forum posts and have received some good information and contacts through the posts and hope that it continues.  BP seems to be a very good networking place for all things real estate no matter where you are in the process (from beginner - pro) or your role (RE agents - broker - wholesaler - contractor etc).

Thank you as well David you're a great help. I am in the Crystal, New Hope area in Minnesota and from WI I'm not sure where Lakeville is but I will check it out as well. Are there any persons there specifically that you know to be most helpful?
