@Shawn McCormick Thank you for replying, based on the numbers I have been seeing on deals, I can tell margins are pretty tight, and competitive at the same time. I try to make new contacts with RE agents and Wholesalers on a daily basis (at least 3 to 5), eventually I should find something where numbers make sense. Thank you for the recommendations I will definitely take a look at the CRFI.net. Your suggestions are much appreciated Shawn.

Hello, 

I'm a RE Investor focused on fix and flips for the moment and eventually will start buying properties for rentals (Short term). I moved to Orlando FL a month ago (from Boston), and I am looking to join groups that have like-minded people, and at the same time grow my social surroundings. If anyone has any groups they suggest or even events that I can attend on a weekly basis I am all ears.
