@Omar Ramirez , to use the @ function, use it before someone's name, and a selection ribbon will appear below the text box. Select the name...they'll get a notification that they've been mentioned. Just another one of the great features here at BP!!

@Chris Elizondo -- We're in Alamo Heights, which is a great area!! Should be closing on our 2nd Alamo Heights flip between now and Monday!

Have been doing business in the area around Fort Hood, and also about to list our first flip in San Antonio. Would definitely like to explore some options in Austin as well!
